Patch notes 0.0.2

New:

• Added an Event Readout panel - This currently mainly show info about payouts and upgrades during a breach
  • Planning to add more info, but also add filters and ways to customize it or hide completely
• Added hover on shop offers to display info
• Added a pause button in the top left, and made it actually pause the game
• Added game speed control buttons, in the bottom right

Bug fixes:

• Run Stats now show correct deck size
• Tank can now attack diagonally
• Loading Screen doesn't triggered every time going back to main menu

And more minor fixes/tweaks
